At 18, doctors told me I'd never dance again or wear high heels after a career-ending injury at the London Olympics. They were wrong.
Medical reflexology healed what doctors said was impossible—and ignited my life's purpose.
I discovered my gift early. Working at my mom's holistic spa, I could feel things in people's feet—blockages I instinctively wanted to clear. When I met my professor, Lorraia J. Telepo, she showed me what I was feeling: the nerves, the intelligence of the body encoded in the feet.
In that first session, I watched my mom feel immediate shifts in her digestion. I was sold.
I became the youngest graduate of the International Academy of Medical Reflexology in Allentown, PA, at just 18 years old. My professor called me her prodigy—the best student to come through her school.
I started my practice at Iyashi Wellness Center, went bi-coastal for years, and eventually moved to California. Here, I connected with incredible wellness professionals and seminar leaders who recognized the power of this work.
